Lu Ann Blough brings 20+ years experience in the title industry, reinsurance and real estate industries to the ERG team. Utilizing her passion for entrepreneurship and networking she started a successful mobile notary signing business in 2002 and has been working with Exchange Resource Group for the last 7 years. She began her working career at Lloyds of London.

The proud mother of three sons, Matt, Daniel and David. Matt currently works in the insurance industry, Daniel works for a real estate company and David is the offensive coordinator coach for the Washington Commanders.

Lu Ann grew up in Deerfield, IL attending Deerfield High School. She spent her undergraduate years at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN where she received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and contributed as an active member of Pi Beta Phi sorority. Lu Ann also spent a semester abroad in Southern France.

An active volunteer of 10 years as an Advocate for Compassion International, Lu Ann’s hobbies include swimming, yoga, traveling and reading.
